This Code is intended to ensure that all services are delivered in a consistent, ethical, and transparent manner, supporting informed client decision-making, fair market engagement, and compliance with applicable regulatory and procurement requirements. All employees and representatives of E3 Energy are required to operate in accordance with this Code of Practice.

Our Key Principles of E3 Energy Limited Code of Practice

Transparency and Accuracy: Transparent TPI Pricing and Product Information

• Our procurement processes are rigorously developed to ensure adherence to the obligations of this code of practice, fostering full transparency and accuracy.
• We meticulously provide transparent pricing disclosure, detailing how these were calculated and the annual quantities used, based on the most up-to-date consumption figures available at the time of procurement.
• This detailed analysis is included in our examination of supplier offers, along with providing all clients with official supplier contract documentation for signature, as well as all supplier product information related to the recommended supplier product through our structured procurement tendering process (known as the indicative, secondary and final stage).
• At each stage of the procurement process, every client will receive a detailed written report clearly showing how many suppliers submitted offers and the full results of the analysis, including the calculations for each supplier’s offer.

All clients will receive the suppliers' official supply contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure the completeness of all product information. All mandatory documentation is furnished to our clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of supplier products and services, both pre- and post-procurement process, for full comprehension and transparency of the supplier's offer.

We conduct a thorough recorded procurement audit process to ensure that all records are readily available and can be provided upon request by the client, supplier, or regulator. Procurement and communication records are retained in accordance with applicable regulatory and commercial record-keeping requirements.

Transparency is paramount to us; therefore, we clearly outline our agreed fee structure, how this is paid to us, either via pence per kWh contribution or an agreed fixed fee structure. There will be an agreed service level agreement from the outset. This ensures full agreement on the services we will deliver for the agreed fee structure we receive. E3 Energy does not receive undisclosed commissions or remuneration in relation to energy procurement services.

Fair Marketing and Representation

E3 Energy Limited is committed to ensuring that all marketing materials, client communications, and procurement recommendations are clear, accurate, and not misleading. Any projected savings or market comparisons are based on pricing information available at the time from energy suppliers, due to the volatile nature of the energy markets.
